Lockhart Cadillac is seeking Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Greenwood. Sales Consultants assist and guide our clients in the purchase of their new vehicle. As a family owned business, we value relationships and want to develop our relationship with clients and employees. Automotive Sales Duties and Responsibilities:

• Approaches, greets, and offers assistance to any client who enters the showroom or sales lot.
• Assists clients in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
• Keeps up-to-date on new products and services within the industry.
• Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
• Exhibits high level of commitment to client satisfaction.
• Delivers vehicles to clients, ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet those goals.

Requirements:

• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Drive to excel with a passion for automobiles.
• GM or luxury car experience preferred, but not required.
• Energetic and client service oriented.
• Understanding of automotive terminology, including equity and values, with ability to converse with clients regarding it.
• Bachelor's degree or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Team player.
