Position Summary

George Wall Ford has a job opening for a parts warehouse shipping/receiving clerk. We are looking for a candidate who will quickly become a key piece of our Parts and Service team as stocking in daily parts orders and maintaining organization within our warehouse is essential to our operation.

This is an introductory position with room for advancement as we grow our service and parts business.

Compensation and Benefits

• Estimated compensation is $35k - 55k annually based on performance and experience
• Medical coverage offered - majority funded by George Wall Ford (funding amount dependent upon type of coverage and employee tenure)
• 401k with employer matching available
• Paid time off as well as earned vacation time based on tenure

Responsibilities

• Stock in deliveries in a timely manner
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
• Ensure that outgoing shipments meet specifications
• Must be able to lift and transport parts in the parts area as necessary
• Occasional need to go to parts storage area or admin on 2nd floor with no elevator
• Help maintain the professional appearance of the Parts Department

Qualifications

• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Strong knowledge of automobile parts
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
