Summary:

We are looking for Office Personnel with Automotive experience who can perform a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks.

Task functions and responsibilities:

  • Processes all bank deposits
  • Responsible for processing accounts receivable
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Schedules and Journals
  • Audit accounts for payments & verifying data in system
  • Filing, Daily deposit, etc.
  • Titling, Billing out deals, swaps and wholesales
  • Breaking down and costing deals
  • Complete assigned accounting task as requested by Controller


Qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
  • Candidate should have automotive background
  • Must have CDK & DMVdlr experience
  • Must have automotive experience in balancing statements and finalizing data.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Tag & title work knowledge preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Team player attitude
  • Prompt and courteous
  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Must have strong computer skills specially in Microsoft Office (proficient and strong on excel)
  • Must be organized, detailed-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to submit and pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
