Automotive Office - Accounts Payable
We are a busy new car dealership in Middletown, Connecticut, looking to add strong accounting talent to our team. We are willing to train the right candidate!

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Post factory invoices into accounting/reconcile and post parts statement

Daily Deposit

Post incoming payable invoices into EIV

Cut checks for all payables payments

Maintain schedules for payables/receivables/cash sales/warranty/aftermarket cancellations

Collections, if necessary

Maintain Dead Deal file

Process refund requests for dead deals

Aftermarket cancellations initiated from the bank

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Automotive office experience (at least two years)

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work independently

· Ability to multi-task

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Positive/Can Do Attitude

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum of High School degree or equivalent.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per year
