Florence Toyota the Pee Dee areas fastest growing dealership. We sell more cars then anyone else in the area. The increase in sales growth has allowed us to grow our staff. We are now looking for a full time Detail Manager who can grow with the company.
Florence Toyota is looking for an experienced Detail Shop Manger to lead a team in a fast paced, high volume production environment. The Detail Shop Manager, manages and oversees the daily operation of the Detail Shop, supervises shop employees and directs the work in an efficient and productive manner to meet required daily goals and client’s quality and service standards.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage detail process and works with employees to ensure SOP is being adhered too.
* Manage the workflow and activities of the shop employees to ensure that all vehicles are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with established client quality standards.
*Ensure employees have proper equipment and are properly trained in its use.
*Ensure each detail lane and station is set up for the following shift.
*Monitor and control the use of supplies, materials and equipment for the recon shop and with approval of the department manager purchase equipment and supplies as necessary.
*Ensure cars are being detailed and at the required level of detail service: Full Detail, New and Used Car delivery, Service Wash, and Wash and Vac)
*Ensure all cars are logged correctly on production system when completed.
*90% of the work day is spent in the shop
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
