Our client, a new automotive manufacturing center in Channahon, Illinois, is hiring for several Automotive Assembly Associates to join their growing team!

The Automotive Assembly opportunities are temp to hire on the 1st shift. The shift hours and pay are as follows:

• 7:30am - 4:00pm, $20.00/hour

Automotive Assembly Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials for assembly.
• Bolt, screw, glue, attach, tighten or fasten to each other, the parts and components of the vehicle using power tools such as a hammer drill or pneumatic drill.
• Move product from one station to another.
• Arrange parts or products in their designated areas.

Automotive Assembly Requirements:

• Must have previous experience using power tools and hand tool such as impact drill, pneumatic drill, and rivet gun. Training is not provided on these tools.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required (automotive assembly, maintenance, assembly or construction will be considered).
• Able to stand for at least 8 hours.
• Able to bend, stoop, kneel, and work in a crouched position.
• Able to work with your arms over your head.
• Able to lift, push, and pull product weighing up to 50 lbs.
