POSITION: Full-time – Automation Expert

( Minimum of 40 hours/week )

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can quickly identify problems shared by users, break it down into smaller items and come up with a solution.
  • Advanced Zapier skills; can get complex data from any 3rd party REST API and create it into a useful format for team members.
  • Manage and mitigate IT/Tech problems and issues for a team of individuals. Remotely setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices. Remotely checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality. Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications . Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance. Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
  • You need to be able to keep up and handle multiple projects at the same time. You are expected to manage your projects, priorities and ensure the deadlines complete everything assigned. Either work additional hours as needed or communicate with management that you need an extended deadline.
  • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.).
  • Recommend new tech as it gets released if appropriate for our systems, workflows, teams, etc. Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.

Ideally, the applicant has:

  • Experience with automating Slack with Zapier.
  • Experience with automating Insightly with Zapier.
  • Experience with automating Infusionsoft or any email marketing system with Zapier. Experience with automating
  • Piesync.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Experience with setting up campaigns in Infusionsoft.
  • Experience with creating newsletters in infusionsoft.
  • Experience with IFTTT.
  • Have basic skills to provide tech support for the team.
  • Be ready to work through issues with staff and clients, assist and train, film video for training modules, etc.
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Insightly, GSuite, Jotform, IFTTT, JotFrom, ZohoAssist, would be a bonus.
  • This position requires you to be online and monitor our team, computers, slack communications, and very active while you are on the clock.
  • Have excellent analytical skills to keep up with current tech. You are expected to streamline and make our firm more efficient (automating systems, streamlining, finding software to process complex tasks, etc.).
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

System requirements:

  • Minimum of 10mbps or higher
  • Minimum of i5 processor laptop or desktop
  • Minimum of 16GB Ram
  • Minimum of 512GB HDD or SSD
  • Headset with noise cancelation
  • Home-office setup with a quiet location
  • To ensure the security of our firm, we can only consider candidates who have a Windows operating machine. Having Windows Pro would be a significant advantage. If you are a Mac user and wish to apply, please note that you will need to acquire a Windows operating machine once you are accepted to perform the job with us.

Departamental Working Hours:

  • Our US business hours overlap ( 8:00 am to 12:00 noon Arizona time, the rest of the hours can be flexible )
  • Hours for some departments may vary depending on the tasks involved.
  • Working additional hours and some weekends during tax season will be required
  • You are required to be online & very active while you are on the clock.
  • We need someone who is available for on-call emergencies (outside of normal working hours).
