As a Manager, our Principal group will provide you with unique insights into how to build a successful practice and execute audit engagements for our diverse clients. You will be influencing strategic organizational development through review and assessment of systems and processes, identifying refinements to establish best practices, and participation in the development of future leaders. The Audit and Consulting Manager performs a broad range of accounting, auditing, and consulting services for our clients. The Manager develops new client relationships beneficial to the firm while also seeking opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients, and assists in day-to-day administrative functions as assigned by the Principals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with client management and board members;
  • Works with Senior Manager/Principal to understand current client needs and changing circumstances, and developing a plan to meet expectations to produce satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Responsible for facilitating and documenting key client communications and keeping Principal informed on the status of issues;
  • Consults with Principals to determine delivery schedules and keeps client informed;
  • Manages projects to meet deadlines and assumes responsibility for completing engagements on time, ensuring project completion with maximum efficiency and without rework;
  • Provides advance planning and real time guidance, supervision, support and on the job training to engagement team;
  • Aides Senior Team Members in their effectiveness and development into Manager candidates through performance feedback and coaching;
  • Provides assistance, coaching and supervision to engagement team on producing timely, quality client deliverable drafts as efficiently as possible. When possible, performs documentation reviews in the field and uses the process to coach Team Members and provide superior client service; and
  • Provides continuous constructive performance feedback to Senior and Staff through real time interaction and problem solving with the engagement team. Provides timely written and verbal performance evaluations to senior prior to the completion of fieldwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $91,000.00 - $116,000.00 per year
