What would I be doing?:
Overlooking the Missouri River, this 130,000 square-foot casino and AAA Four Diamond full-service luxury suite hotel is in historic St. Charles. With an architectural design derived from the historic wharf and train stations, Ameristar Casino Resort Spa St. Charles hints at the action inside. The Spa Attendant is responsible for providing excellent experience in a spa setting for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Spa Operations. Exemplify excellent guest service and create a positive atmosphere. Ensure the highest quality of guest services to drive guest satisfaction.
- Work in a positive, cooperative, and pleasant manner with guests and team.
- Greet guests as they enter the facility, assist with checking them in , and offering facility tours if needed.
- Ensure all locker room and restroom areas ae clean, stocked, and presentable at all times.
- Fold, stock, refresh lines as needed. Deliver food and beverage as needed.
- Provide general upkeep of all areas of the facilities.
- Follow established health and safety guidelines.
- Must be open to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Oversees and supervises activities in swimming pool areas.
- Replenish towels
- Remove dirty towels and trash from swimming pool area
- Operating Policies and Procedures, Follow all spa policies and procedures.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, and/or the spa industry.
Knowledge of industry with the customer skills to network, engage, and interact with all clients, guests, and participants.
