At NORESCO, teamwork is essential as every person on our team plays a vital role in the successful completion of every project we do. The Associate Project Manager will assist in supporting field activities associated with the successful installation of mechanical system upgrades.


Key Responsibilities

  • You will be working with an existing project team and supporting various scopes of work associated with the project.

  • Interface and coordinate with customers and managing subs to ensure quality control and adherence to schedule.

  • Prepare daily construction reports as well as monitor status to ensure the project adheres to the project schedule and expectations.

  • Provide all necessary input to the project to ensure accurate record keeping.

  • Ensure that all field work is undertaken safely and in compliance with safety plans for both NORESCO and the customer.

  • Coordinate on site activities with client and subcontractors.

  • Trouble-shooting and resolving project related issues as they arise while working with the Project Manager, Engineers, Owner and Subcontractor to come up with options.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience onsite management of construction projects or facility management projects

  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Word and Excel

  • High School diploma

  • Willing to travel 100% during work week. If current project is not local, this role will be required to stay local to the assigned project site thru the work week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Project experience with piping and airside mechanical systems, EMS, electrical and lighting

  • Experience with commissioning mechanical and DDC systems

  • Ability to collaborate with customers, meet project schedules and have oversight of subcontractors and/or project managers.

Pay Range:

$60,750 - $85,250 Annually
