- Work closely with both Planning and Investment specialists to help build and execute media plans
- Develop tactical components of client media campaigns, such as flow charts, spreadsheets, and budget summaries
- Compile research data to help ensure client is reaching target audience
- Assist in inputting and trafficking of media campaigns
- Analyze and monitor campaign performances
- Review billing discrepancies and resolve in a timely manner
- Handling ad hoc day-to-day client requests
- Learn to utilize syndicated sources, programs, and master basic media math
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Concentration in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or Business Administration preferred
- Previous internship in related field strongly preferred
- Knowledge and passion for media/advertising
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization skills, and multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities
- Proficiency at Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ability to be flexible and be a team player
We also offer a competitive Total Compensation package, including a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or a relevant incentive award.
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $50,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
