Position Summary
The Associate, Integrated Investment is an entry-level position that plays an important role in creating, innovating, and guiding the media buying process. The ideal candidate is an energetic and proactive problem-solver who is detail-oriented and has an unmatched curiosity for the rapidly changing world of media platforms and technology. In this critical role, you will support the buying team in partnering with the world’s leading consumer brands to build media campaigns that help propel their business forward.
Key Responsibilities
CLIENT SERVICE AND STEWARDSHIP
  • Develop an on-going understanding of clients’ goals and strategies
  • Support the buying team with responsiveness to client requests
  • Ensure media buys are meeting weekly goals through regular monitoring, reporting, and making shifts as needed
  • Provide scheduling details and recaps for high profile media buys such as large sporting and entertainment events
  • Compile research data to help the planning teams ensure clients are reaching their desired target audiences

INDUSTRY, AGENCY, TEAM EXPECTATIONS
  • Gain understanding of the Mediabrands network and how the agencies work together to deliver excellence in client service
  • Complete all necessary training and learning opportunities as indicated for the role
  • Attend company events and department meetings
  • Participate in departmental projects as requested
  • Learn how to use the key programs, tools, and media math necessary to deliver on client requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to maximize effectiveness of efforts

PARTNER STEWARDSHIP
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners
  • Serve as a daily contact for partner outreach
  • Work with media partners to request schedule pacing reports and approve schedule shifts
  • Assist buying team in evaluating partner proposals

DAY- TO- DAY DUTIES
  • Ensure smooth running of day-to-day activities
  • Coordinate and schedule partner and team meetings
  • Compile and distribute conference reports from status meetings
  • Learn how to use buying platforms to enter buys and pull reports
  • Regularly check the accuracy of client budgets within our buying platforms
  • Assist in reporting and tracking budgets, savings, and value with accuracy
  • Compile research data and create audience estimates for target audience delivery
  • Assist with troubleshooting creative asset delivery
  • Pull necessary reporting weekly and on an ad hoc basis
  • Participate in analysis and post campaign summary of integrated programs
  • Regularly review client inventory to ensure schedules are in accordance with goals
  • Negotiate makegoods for buys that did not deliver as contracted

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $50,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
