JOB SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the VP of the Oncology Service Line and Physician leadership, is responsible for the development and ongoing coordination of all Tumor Site Programs. These programs include the Lung Cancer Institute, Thyroid, Head and Neck Cancer Institute, Lung Nodule Program, Breast Service Line and Melanoma Cancer Center, as well as any future programs identified for development. Will work in coordination with Medical Leadership to develop a comprehensive project plan for each Center. During the implementation phase of the projects, will lead a team to achieve all project targets and timelines as identified in the project plan. The Tumor Site Program Project Manager will also assume operational responsibility for each Tumor Site Program after launch and will coordinate the program's operational and financial reporting as well as marketing and outreach efforts. Will also work collaboratively with all Oncology Leadership to ensure that the operations of each program support the mission, vision and values of Saint Barnabas Medical Center and the Oncology Service Line. Responsible for all accreditation (ACOS), QOPI certification and MIPS/Macra for all oncology service line areas

EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor s degree, Master s degree preferred;
• With three to five years experience in a leadership role including previous experience in project management.
• Previous oncology experience preferred
