Job description
Chicago-based Real Estate & Estate Planning law firm seeks a junior associate. Work with senior attorneys on residential & commercial real estate matters. Illinois State Bar admission required; recent graduates & candidates with municipal/real estate/land use backgrounds preferred. Strong community ties a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, interpret & negotiate complex real estate documents
- Assist homeowner/condo associations & property managers with legal matters
- Attend closings & hearings
- Support litigation in contract disputes & property matters
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
