Medical Essential Diagnostics is a proud provider of the annual preventative diagnostics examinations for all first responders, educators, state/city employees, and any front liner.

We are looking for an Associate Actuary, that will be able to record financial transactions, preparing source documents for transactions, operations, and other events of business. You will assist us in maintaining accounting records such as expense reports, account management, execution of rent/utility payments, and general bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Completing analysis of the employee expenses
• Managing monthly employee bonuses
• Creating and adhering to an accounting system that will promote structure and organization
• Keep track of multiple clinic locations expenditures
• Keeping a check on the company's finances based on financial obligations
• Working with Directors and CEO to generate monthly reports for submission

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 1 year of Accounting experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
• Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
• Highly detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
