Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Assisted Living Director to join our North Ridge Village team! This position is responsible for for the overall personal care services provided by the community staff to the residents of the designated facility.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform pre-admission assessment of the residents functional, cognitive and health status prior to signing an occupancy agreement.
• Develop a service plan for each tenant
• Ability to observe and recommend assessment if tenant demonstrates a significant change in health or functional status.
• Participate in hiring, training, supervising and retaining staff.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Must have at least one year of supervisory experience and is currently state licensed without encumbrance.
• Will be responsible for maintaining professional licensure and CEUs and should have experience working in Assisted Living or equivalent experience.
