Assistant Manager

Position Summary:

Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in overseeing property management for the complex by performing the following duties.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Works directly with the Property Manager with all on-site property operations.
  • Responsible for all aspects of leasing and marketing to prospective residents.
  • Walks ready units to ensure that they are ready for move-in.
  • Builds and maintains a resident relations program.
  • Generates renewal, leasing, and other reports to Property Manager.
  • Accepts rental payments and post rents to the computer
  • Reviews and maintains all property marketing material is current, accurate and at its greatest effect.
  • Maintains accurate monthly commission sheets on leases, renewals, and delinquencies for bonus purposes
  • Distributes all company or community-issued notices.
  • Represents the company in a professional manner at all the times.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of property management experience with strong leasing experience.
  • Must have top shelf customer service skills along with strong marketing and administrative skills.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Dependability is a must
  • Must have personal, reliable transportation to get to work to support property needs.
  • Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Must have valid driver’s license with clear Motor Vehicle Record.
