General Contractor seeks assistant Project Manager to manage and coordinate Government construction projects with NYC School Construction Authority, NYC Dept of Design & Construction, Dormitory Authority State of NY, Port Authority of NY & NJ, MTA Long Island Railroad, NYC Department of Corrections, etc.

Applicants should have strong management skills and knowledge of construction procedures and local codes for government projects.

Assistant Project Manager will be assisting of management of all phases of project from planning and development to project completion.

Applicants should have strong work ethics with a minimum of 2 years experience.

Must live in NYC/Long Island area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Queens, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Project management: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
