Homegrown Shrimp USA is a vertically integrated company consisting of a hatchery, farm, and post harvest plant located in Indiantown, Florida.

The farm is an indoor recirculating zero exchange system culturing pacific white shrimp, consisting of 40 culture tanks with year-round production with weekly harvests and stocking.

Looking to hire an assistant production manager to help run day to day of the farm. Duties included: feed application, water quality checks, prepping and stocking tanks, harvest, post harvest, record keeping, general farm maintenance

Relevant experience in aquaculture or a degree in aquaculture is required.

You will be assisting the farm manager in daily duties to ensure the farm runs properly and weekly and monthly goals are maintained and met.

Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in a sometimes hot and or wet environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
