Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager is responsible for his/her contact work by phone and/or in the field. This mainly consists of making contact via the telephone, scheduling office visits with customers, or conducting customer site visits. The Assistant Manager also assists the Branch Manager by selling products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in collections or the finance industry a plus. The Assistant Manager must have strong communication skills, the ability to lead, problem solving skills and computer skills.
REQUIRED
A high school diploma or equivalence is required. The Assistant Manager must have the ability to get a Credit Insurance Agent’s license.
