Fast paced business looking for someone who can multitask and give their all! This position requires a lot of attention, communication, and dedication!

We are in need of someone to work alongside our Site Manager to help with any daily needs.

This job will require you to manage our staff, have exceptional attention to customer service, drive sales, and be on call for any needs.

Start pay: $22.50 an hour with fast room for growth.
We expect around 25 hours a week to start during training. Afterwards we expect 30-40 hours a week.

We are a growing Residential/Commercial Cleaning business based in San Diego, Rancho Cucamonga, and Wildomar that offers its employees a chance to grow with the Company.

Hours of operation are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Shifts require open availability for this specific job.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma/GED
• Reliable Transportation
• Being capable of working in homes with animals.
• Capable of performing at a good pace.
• Capable of bending, standing, reaching.
• Detail Oriented.
• Motivated.
• Determined.
• Proven experience in leading, motivating, and promoting a positive workplace
• Able to use Office Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Able to follow all Company policies

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Cleaning Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Supervising: 1 year (Required)
