Full Job Description

Responsibilities for Front Desk Associate

• Understand a clients questions / concerns
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients

• Ability to work In a team work Environment
• Communicate with dog trainers on schedule and clients
• Answer phones and take client questions
• Help with class transitions
• Ability to work well with dogs
• Explain to clients in thorough clear detail how packages work
• Sale products and packages
• Ability to multi-task and direct customers in lobby
• MUST be available to work weekends and evenings
• Holidays off

Qualifications for Front Desk Associate

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Knowledge of dog commands
• Knowledge of different dog breeds
• History of dog ownership
• 1-2 years of customer service required
• Patient and understanding temperament
• Lift up to 25 pounds

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
