Responsibilities

*Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders *Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up *Consistently “walk the floor” so you can catch a little problem BEFORE it develops into a BIG problem! *ALWAYS: Stay calm, respond in a concerned and sympathetic manner, behave respectfully and be helpful. Listen to complaints & compliments and react effectively. *Implement sales and customer service programs *Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed *Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service *Pay attention to team members-help them when needed *Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met *Help control labor costs *Ensure proper cash handling and end of day reports are followed *Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are being used

Qualifications

*Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers *Knowledge of a second language a plus. *Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture *Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize

WORKING CONDITIONS & EXPECTATIONS:

*Act in a professional manner that represents the restaurant, partners and staff well *Respectful to all guests that have chosen to dine in our restaurants *Demonstrate teamwork in all areas of the restaurant *Work with a positive attitude in all types of situations *Follow safety and sanitation rules and laws at all times *Must be able to lift pots, pans, etc., up to 50 pounds
