Monster Mini Golf Chantilly is looking for outstanding management candidates to lead our team. We are seeking experienced, outgoing team leaders who can model positive, rock-star attitudes for our creative and unique staff and create a fun, safe, and productive work environment where delivering one-of-a-kind customer experiences is the goal.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in opening or closing a business and managing a staff, ideally in hospitality, retail, or related settings
• Business experience including cash management, computer skills and word/excel/email capabilities
• An upbeat, fun, energetic attitude which can be the model for the staff
• Outstanding customer service skills
• A professional demeanor and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to be both decisive and thorough in the decision making process
• The willingness to learn and apply the Monster Mini Golf philosophy

This is an hourly position and starting pay is commensurate with experience. We provide great training and advancement opportunities. Managers will work directly with the location owner and oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of Monster Mini Golf Chantilly.

Monster Mini Golf is a completely unique Family Entertainment concept which is bringing the age-old game of mini golf to an entirely new level! Our indoor, state-of-the art facilities offer a mini golf experience like no other which includes complete monster themed décor glow-in-the-dark arena, fun music, course DJ entertainment and interactive course creatures (animatronics). In addition to mini golf our facilities also include Birthday Parties and Event rooms, arcade, laser tag, cafe, and more. Whether it is a child’s birthday party, corporate event, family outing or date night; we have all the entertainment covered!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
