ICE CREAM, YOU SCREAM, WE ALL SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM!!!!

This position is for an assistant manager that would be an important part of our team at our Cottage Grove Rd location. You may also help out at some of our 250+ events at Madison's premier venues- Alliant Energy Center, Kohl Center, Camp Randall Stadium and more! You'd be responsible for opening and closing shops and making sure our guests have a great time when they stop in for our super-premium, locally made ice cream!

You should be able to:

Work well independently or with a team

Genuinely enjoy serving guests

Be able to lift 20-50 lbs, and work on your feet

Have reliable transportation to work

Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Enjoy a work environment that is flexible and always has something new in store

This is a full time position. Starting pay is $16/hr, cash tips which typically average $5-10/hr, 75% paid platinum health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement account with company match, paid vacation, and profit sharing (estimated profit share for this position is $3056).
