Growing Credit Union is seeking an Asst. Branch Manager to join our team in the Burbank CA area! Individual will be responsible for assisting credit union members with their transactions, cross-selling the credit unions products and services, and must be able to multi-task. This individual will work closely with the Sr. Branch Manager. Future growth opportunities may include Loan Officer designation as well as Branch Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling of member inquiries and issues
• Educate members and prospective members on the credit unions products and services
• Cash handling
• Ability to travel between branches

Qualifications:

• Previous banking experience in customer/member service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 2 years cash handling experience
• Prior credit union experience preferred
• Supervisory experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
