Monchino Management is now searching for a new Assistant General Manager for our 117 - room Staybridge Suites Hotel in West Chester, Ohio. This position is available immediately. We are searching for management personnel with a passion for sales and have a strong desire to operate award winning properties. Our managers understand the importance of training and developing a good staff. We seek individuals with leadership skills, managerial qualities, and are extremely results orientated. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry level manager candidate to jump start their career and work for a great hotel and a great company. Requirements: - 2+ year(s) experience in the hospitality industry. Candidates with no hotel experience will not be considered. - Ability to train and supervise others. - Hands on managerial approach. - Willingness to relocate within 10 miles of the property. - Experience with properties of similar size and stature. - Proficient in daily hotel operations. - Ability to work evenings, weekends, and continue to adjust with a flexible schedule. - Computer proficient. - Experience with Merlin and/or Opera Operating Systems a plus! - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Hotel Accounting knowledge including experience with P/L statements. - Dependable and honest.

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• West Chester, OH 45069: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hotel management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hotel experience: 3 years (Preferred)
