Experienced quick service Assistant General Manager wanted to work at a growing company!

Mashiso Asian Grille is a Cleveland area based quick service restaurant that has just opened it's second location. This position will be next in line to manage their own restaurant as it is our goal to continue expanding.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $18-20/hour plus an annual bonus and cash tips averaging an additional $2.00/hour

• Quick Service Manager Experience
• Grill experience
• Knife skills
• Human Resource Management- Interviewing/Hiring/Firing
• Ambitious- Mashiso Asian Grille hopes to continue expanding and seeks individuals that want to help make this a reality!

The successful candidate will be trained in all aspects of Mashiso Asian Grille and work directly under the General Manager and Owner and will also have input in how to further develop the concept. The Assistant GM must have open availability and be able to consistently work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

*Oversee daily business operations *Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed *Maintain excellent customer service standards *Manage profit and loss figures
