Job description

The Assistant General manageris responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel and provides support to the General Manager.

Receives and resolves or assists the General manager in resolving guest complaints and service recovery process.

Assist in the selection of hotel staff and completes all new hire paperwork.

Adheres to all franchiseand company procedures and regulations as well as standard operating procedures.

Builds owner loyalty through proactive communication, setting and managing expectations and delivering solid business results.

Performs daily, weekly and monthly property inspections.

Covers shifts in all departments as scheduled by the General Manager.

Assist the GM in in all aspects of business planning.

Must be available 24/7

Assist in sales and marketing efforts.

Strong management skills are required. Ability to develop a team and delegate work to others. Must be able to provide coaching and assistance as necessary. Will take on all duties of the GM in her absence. Previous hotel management experience required, Hilton brand preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
