Tops Markets, LLC (Tops Friendly Markets) is a leading regional supermarket chain based in Williamsville, NY and over 150 stores throughout Upstate New York, Northern Vermont, and Northern Pennsylvania.
We are seeking a motivated, customer service oriented self-starter to become an Assistant Deli Manager in our CamillusNY store.
The Assistant Deli Manager will work with the Deli Manager to oversee the operation of the departments. Major areas of responsibility include:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Food processing, preparation, and packaging
- Proper ordering and receiving of product
- Assisting in the achievement of financial goals (sales gross profit maximization)
- Inventory and shrink control
- Ensuring regulatory compliance
- Training and development of deli associates
Successful candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in deli and/or prepared foods
- Previous retail experience required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
