Catering Assistant Manager
We are looking for an experienced Catering Assistant Manager in the Indianapolis area for our growing catering department. For more than 70 years, our customers have enjoyed homemade meals inside our restaurants throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Illinois. MCL Catering takes our same delicious homemade meals made from the freshest ingredients right to you!
The Catering Assistant Manager will be a self-starter, with the ability to remain calm under pressure, organized, and think outside the box! Following and instructing MCL best practices will be key.

Job Responsibilities
Confidently executing off-site events while managing a staff of team members all while upholding MCL policies & procedures
Maintain all MCL catering equipment including inventory, cleanliness, & staging
Product Ordering
Have flexibility with his / her schedule, as events add on within a (24) hour window.
Requirements
Minimum Age21+ years old
(4) years of event experience, preferably off-site catering
