The Asset Management Real Estate International team is responsible for the sustainable development and performance optimization of our real estate in Europe and overseas. In addition to representing the owners, the team's challenging tasks include the sustainable management of this portfolio.


Your Tasks
  • Supervision and management of high quality and large office buildings at top locations in Northern America with a focus on Toronto, New York City and Washington D.C
  • Development of cash flow scenarios and business plans, responsibility for yield and performance requirements, implementation of and execution on comprehensive long-term asset strategies
  • Active management and quality assurance of outsourced services including but not exclusive to oversight of property management and leasing teams executing on the asset’s business plans
  • Direct lease negotiations including performing analysis of lease proposals and managing the approval process for proposed lease terms with capital partners and lenders, and developing and executing on a leasing strategy
  • Support and management of financing and refinancing processes of assets in the portfolio, including but not limited to managing the loan brokerage teams, legal counsel and internal stakeholders
  • Transfer and continuous application of existing management, compliance, and ESG processes
  • High travel engagement
  • Central interface to internal departments, external service partners, lenders, tenants and stakeholders


Your Profile
  • Degree in business administration or real estate management or adequate real estate business training with training with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in relevant markets
  • Proven negotiation skills in English and German language (minimum Level B2/C1)
  • Good Excel and SAP skills as well as open-mindedness towards future developments in real estate management (tenant app, blockchain)
  • Independent and solution-oriented way of working with a process-oriented mindset and very high communication skills


The Company is open to considering candidates in NYC. The salary range posted below applies to the Company’s NYC location.


The base salary range anticipated for this position is $140,450 to $206,000, plus opportunity for company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay. In addition, the company makes available a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).

The salary estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for candidates hired in this position in NYC. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the range.
