Are you looking for warehouse work? Do you have assembling experience? Qualified Staffing is looking for you. One of our clients in Fort Valley are looking for assemblers.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain parts from point of use or warehouse.
- Material labeling/stenciling - Appropriately mark and label all pieces as required.
- Record production notes - complete any necessary production paperwork.
- Material Loading/Packaging - Package finished products in boxes, racks, or stack finished products on a flat/pallet as necessary.
- Daily cleanliness task of area and tools.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area.
- Maintain 6s; clean and neat work area. (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety)
- Practice proper safety techniques.
- Carry out prescribed preventative maintenance in accordance with schedules.
- Follow all procedures and guidelines.
- Must meet the requirements of the assigned cells.
- Must be able to meet required production times by end of 90 days.
- Material transportation - Transport all finished goods to shipping area.
- Assistance with physical inventory inspection and measurement as required.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of tools
- Moderate mechanical knowledge
- Lift 30 lbs
