Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with Polaris Industries to find qualified candidates for Direct Hire Assembler positions on 1st, 2nd, and weekend-only shift. Compensation for these direct hire opportunities is up to $22.75 per hour, depending on shift and experience:
- 1st Shift: Earn Up to $20.75 per hour, based on experience
- 2nd Shift: Earn Up to $21.75 per hour, based on experience
- Weekend Shift: Earn Up to $22.75 per hour, based on experience

What does a Direct Hire Assembler do for Polaris?
- Prepares or build up vehicle parts, subsystems and components
- Installs subsystems, parts and components into a vehicle on moving assembly line
- Performs checks and inspections to ensure good quality
- Uses and operates various power tools, hoists and production equipment
What do I need to become a Direct Hire Assembler at Polaris?
- Must be currently employed in a manufacturing, assembly, or related industry
- Must have been with current employer for at least 1 year
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, pinch, grip and reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to push or pull up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8-hours per day, with breaks #BuildEngines
