Position Description:

*** HYBRID POSITION *** Enterprise Architecture is seeking a solution architect to support Own product portfolio to provide strong strategic and technical leadership to product teams. Own Architecture works with multi-functional IT and business partners maximizing the Own innovation process and human centered design thinking to improve ownership experience. The candidate should possess a strong passion for technology and be customer focused. The candidate will establish a technical point of view and implementation of ownership experience for early engagement and after sales service lifecycle. A phenomenal opportunity to hone technical skills and grow business sense/leadership/communication skills. Candidates should have established experience in inspiring changes and have experience leading the development of innovative ideas from concept to fruition. You will help the advancement of the following: * Business, Information, Application and Technology Architecture * Technology Lifecycle and Application Portfolio Management * Architecture Governance * Develop strategy and requirements for systems that will implement Architecture processes, standards, methodologies, and artifacts * Ensure internal and external partners requirements are taken into consideration when making architecture recommendations and align with all stakeholders * Guide the product teams to adopt Stefanini cloud strategy * Work with external suppliers to align COTS/SaaS products capability to strategy * Become knowledgeable in the use of required COTS/SaaS products * Assist in development of training material for architects and other users * Provide a regular cadence with partners for information sharing and capability demonstrations * Support efforts of Architecture Management in driving and maintaining standards * Prepare presentation materials for various audiences * Research and evaluate new technologies and tools and participate in PoC effort

Skills Required:

* Bachelor's Degree * 4+ years of experience in interoperability standards and methods * 4+ years of experience with React/Java technologies, RESTful Web Services, Spring Frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Integration, MVC and Spring Cloud Services), Database, and/or Messaging architectures * 4+ years of full application/system development lifecycle knowledge and experience * 4+ years of experience with microservices architecture and implementation technologies * 3+ years of experience as lead architect on multiple large-scale product or enterprise initiatives

Skills Preferred:

* Experience with Stefanini IT architecture processes and architecture work * Excellent problem-solving skills including leading problem-solving teams * Architecture knowledge with experience in providing technical solutions for projects * Ability to derive, define and explicitly represent various artifacts and results * Self-starter; ability to work both independently and with a team * Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational boundaries * Provide support for application performance issues * Experience with vendor solution evaluation processes * Good communication skills both verbal and written * Experience with industry standard security controls for web/mobile applications * Experience with Adobe Experience Manager product

Experience Required:
