ResiBrands is a group of entrepreneurs who specialize in creating exciting and lively home service brands while providing unparalleled assistance to our Franchisees and clients. We currently offer guidance and support to over 40 Franchisees who represent 50 territories throughout the country.

We are currently in search of a ResiConnect Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and responding to all inbound leads generated from a variety of sources such as web forms, chats, phone calls, and referrals. Your duties will also include coordinating appointments, maintaining a daily record of all leads, tracking the status of scheduled appointments, and answering any inquiries that customers may have before booking appointments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to all incoming leads that come through various web forms, chat, phone, and referrals.
  • Schedule appointments for customers and coordinate with the company calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Keep daily track of all leads and the status of appointments successfully scheduled.
  • Answer questions customers have prior to scheduling appointments and provide necessary information.
  • Assist the franchisee team and owners with various assignments and administrative work.
  • Audit all locations and ResiConnect staff to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Regularly track and report team performance to the VP of Marketing.
  • Manage and respond to complaints from customers and owners in a timely and professional manner.
  • Train new employees on lead management best practices and company procedures.
  • Work hand in hand with the Marketing team to maximize lead conversion and improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or lead management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
