The Staffing Alliance is seeking a Appliance Sales Clerk for the Pembroke, NC area! The Appliance Sales Clerk is working in a retail store assisting with customer service and sales.

Experience and Responsibilities:

• Must have Customer Service experience
• Must have experience cash handling and using a register
• Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers' descriptions of malfunctions.
• Fill customer orders from stock, and place orders when requested items are out of stock.
• Must have the ability to multi-task
• Must be able to resolve customer issues
• Must have data entry experience to enter customer information
• Must have appliance knowledge and experience
