As a High Desert Harley-Davidson Retail Sales Manager, you will work together with the General Merchandising Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service, hospitality, and a successful business. You will inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them out on the sales floor. You will encourage success and learning opportunities within your team and analyze their performance. Qualifications:
- Management Experience or equivalent
- At least 1 years experience in a retail or customer service setting
- Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team through standard retail KPI’s in order to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
- Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

- Ensure consistent execution of company’s marketing and visual presentation
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise on counter or tables to promote sales
- Train staff on how to drive sales through consistent development of product knowledge and customer service standards
- Ensure compliance to policies and procedures and report concerns to senior management
- Maintain proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory cycle counts and bulk counts as guided by senior management
- Keep daily records of store sales, damages, warranties and scheduling
