Job Description:

This position is accountable for the day-to-day operations of a multi-family housing project and the achievement of basic property operational and supervisory goals. The Hybrid (HSM-MT) position is primarily responsible for both managing the daily operation of the property according to company operating and safety standards and ensuring that units are leased to qualified tenants in a timely manner and maintenance operations on the property.

The Site Manager also ensures the completion of administrative tasks, tenant requests and the maintenance of regulatory compliance in the operation of the property.

The Maintenance Technician position is primarily responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property per company operating and safety standards and ensuring that service requests, work orders and repairs are performed correctly and in a timely manner. The Maintenance Technician will perform repairs and maintenance throughout the property to include tenant residences, common areas and grounds. This position represents the property owners and Viridian Management to both the residents and the public.

Desired Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver?s license and insurance.
  • Legally qualified to work in the US.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Gmail
  • Proficient in use of the computer, fax, scanner, printer, smartphone and Samsung tablets.
  • Ability to type at 30-words per minute.
  • Ability to type in 10-key.
