Job description
The Real Estate Investment Group is seeking a maintenance person for our apartment complexes located in Camden County New Jersey. We have four locations that total 240 units. The job is based in Audubon with additional buildings located in Runnemede, Cherry Hill and Blackwood. The ideal candidate will be an experienced maintenance technician who is familiar with all aspects of apartment make readies and general maintenance.
**$500 SIGN ON BONUS! $250 paid after 6 months, remaining $250 paid after 12 months.**
Duties that a maintenance candidate will be expected to perform include:
Keeping the grounds clean and free of trash and debris, apartment demolition, basic electrical, basic plumbing, light carpentry, cabinetry installation, floor installation, tile work, wall repair, and painting.
Must be able to troubleshoot and take necessary steps to remedy issues and to respond to work orders.
Must be able to take emergency phone on a 2 week call rotation.
Requirements: own vehicle, valid driver’s license, own tools, pass background check.
Eager to learn new skills and grow as part of a team.
