AP/AR Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Requirements:
Shift: Monday - Friday
Pay: $25 - $35/hr, DOE

Looking for dedicated AP/AR Specialist to immediately join the team!
AP/AR Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review and verify invoices and check requests
- Sort, code, and match invoices
- Set invoices up for payment
- Enter and upload invoices into system
- Prepare and perform check runs
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Maintain vendor files
- Works closely with vendors for credits, discrepancies, & other vendor related inquires
- Support accounts receivable department
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years accounts payable and accounts receivable experience in a fast-paced environment
- High School or equivalent
- Intermediate skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Well organized, excellent at multi-tasking & problem solving
- Familiar with three way matching
- Productive, self-starter, works well in a team or individually
