YOUR MISSION

Provide first level application support by working closely with end-users to troubleshoot, reproduce and resolve reported issues. Evaluate and isolate unresolved problems. Escalate as needed internally or to software vendors. Identify trends and perform root cause analysis.

Provide primary support for all modules in SAP Finance and Controlling. Support involves fielding questions, troubleshooting problems and executing solutions.

Develop, design, test and validate SAP configuration/customizing related to new business processes developed as part of business requests. Assist in planning, UAT, managing timelines and tasks as needed for these projects.

Provide daily production support and help resolve any application problems in a prompt and efficient manner. Provide clear and detailed solutions to users, documenting issues and resolutions through a ticketing system.

Work with the Application Support Team on resolving authorization issues and provide recommendations on optimal security setup for ongoing projects requirements, audit requests, and proper segregation of duties.

Work with other SAP Team analysts on cross functional projects.

Provide on-call and off hours support as required to keep critical applications, systems, and interfaces operational.

Help lead a training initiative to share knowledge and information with the current Application Support Team to increase their knowledge in SAP and bolster the quality of support that can be offered
YOUR TALENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent work experience is required.

Must have FICO experience in ECC 6.0 or higher.

Must possess strong troubleshooting and analysis skills with the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical personnel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in Implementing S/4 HANA is a big plus.

Ability to directly work with business process experts, and relay information to IT team(s) as needed.

2-3 full life cycle SAP project implementation in the area of FICO.

5+ years of hands-on strong SAP FICO experience with a combination of project implementation and production support.

Proficient in designing and developing user training documentation, test plan and test script development and execution.

Knowledge of SAP authorization roles, objects and basic reports to troubleshoot missing authorizations.

Experience in Implementing S/4 HANA is a big plus.

Expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Implementing integration with banks.
