Why you'll love this job

• Provide analytical support to our airport operationsand work directly with operations leadership & various other departments to ensure the airports are provided with the passenger service and fleet service headcount required to achieve our financial and performance goals.
• You'll also develop and build reports that support airport leadership decision making.
• This role is a part of the Workforce Operations team within our Customer Experience Planning and Analysis group.

What you'll do

• 
  Partner closely with airport leadership to create meaningful reports that drive change
• Provide feedback on strategic opportunities that will shape the roadmap
• Represent airport leadership in discussions with internal and external stakeholders to improve and evolve our reporting and analytical capabilities
• Complete ad-hoc projects and analyses as assigned
• Must be able to work during non-business hours to provide support when necessary

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Undergraduate degree in Aviation, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience/training
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience utilizing Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization software
• Experience and working proficiency in SQL

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Knowledge of airport operations
• Proficient in use of Oracle Hyperion Essbase and LaborApp
• Proficient in Python

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Ability to work effectively, meet deadlines, and shift priorities appropriately, in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with great attention to detail
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills
