RAY LGX LLC is hiring Full Time package delivery drivers with openings starting immediately. We work exclusively with Amazon. This position will include driving large delivery vans in all weather conditions.
-Cargo van drivers start at $19.75/ HR plus weekly bonuses available
-Step van drivers (training provided) start at $21.00/ HR plus weekly bonuses available.

Drivers are paid weekly via direct deposit. We provide the delivery vans, gas, and uniforms along with GPS. Full company benefits. Paid training. Leaders will be recognized and rewarded. This is a permanent position.
The station is located in West Deptford/ Paulsboro, NJ 08066.

Requirements
**Must be comfortable driving a large delivery van, working outdoors 10 hours per day. We operate in rain, sleet, and snow, until the job is complete.**
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road
- Ability to drive at night
- Interact in a positive and a professional-manner with customers and the general public while delivering products to homes, retail, and business locations
- A valid driver's license
- A reliable smart phone (we use PayCom to clock in/out, and driving software to monitor on-road distractions and safe driving
- 21 years of age or older
- No more than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in 3 years (Clean MVR Driving Record)
- Must complete a 4 panel drug screen, and be subject to random drug screening
- Must be able to work a 10 hour shift 4 days a week including at least one weekend day.
- Operations run 7 days per week
- Must be able to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to walk packages up driveways, stairways, walkways, and any other reasonable delivery location.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be proficient in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Holds high ethical standards at all times
- Proven track record of reliability
- DOT / CDL not required
- Prior professional driving experience
- Prior experience representing a consumer brand with professionalism
- Excellent attention to detail with skill set to problem solve independently
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work in a self-directed environment with an upbeat attitude
