A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ALARM TECHNICIAN

As an entry-level Alarm Technician, you perform the essential services on which we have built our exceptional reputation. Every day is different as you get out in the field and travel to different businesses and commercial spaces. You speak with customers about their needs, and you do your best to meet and exceed their expectations. Always prioritizing safety and accuracy, you carefully install new security systems and troubleshoot problems with existing ones.

After installing a new system, you thoroughly explain it to the customer, answering all their questions and addressing any concerns they may have. If a system detects a breach, you diligently monitor its status to determine if the breach is genuine or if the system is malfunctioning. You take great pride in keeping our clients' properties secure and bringing them peace of mind!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ALARM TECHNICIAN

• Basic structural knowledge
• Basic knowledge about construction principles and using tools
• Motivation to do a great job 100% of the time

Experience in commercial security would be preferred but is not required. Can you successfully work both independently and alongside a team? Do you pay strict attention to details?
