We have an exciting opportunity for an Agile Business Analyst and Coach to join our team. This role will successfully:

  • Facilitate Agile Process knowledge to all team members
  • Experience supporting complex change and/or multi-disciplinary projects and track record of delivery.
  • Identify project risks.
  • Address team questions.
  • Identify and diagnose process issues.
  • Mentor scrum masters.
  • Support scrum masters in meetings, planning, daily scrum, and review stages.
  • Cultivate an agile mindset in all team members.
  • Apply critical thinking to gathered requirements.
  • Clarify questions from the development team with regards to intended usage of the software, definition of business terms.
  • Accountable for facilitating sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions, as well as helping to ensure that the development team clearly understands user stories.
  • Ensure product backlog is well-groomed and contains user stories ready for development.
  • Communicate with business stakeholders and agile delivery teams to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the same goal.

Technologies Needed:

  • Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain public trust clearance
  • Must have a BA/BS at minimum
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in agile methodologies.
  • Must have 5+ years of business analysis.
  • CSM certified.
