New facility!!
We are looking for a director for our new Adult day care for Developmentally Disabled adults.
Management experience at DMH or DDRB type facility is a must. Any experience with billing DDRB or MOhealth net is a plus.
This person should have a passion for the population and a track record in this industry or adjacent care community.
The director will be responsible for hiring staff, training, managing new referrals, state compliance and monthly billing. All HR and accounting is done through back office. Currently we are expecting a staff to include 1 Lpn, 8 aids, 1 activity director, 1-2 drivers
This is a newly licensed day care and as such we are looking to add an experienced person to the team that knows the quality and compassion needed to run this type of community.
$50,000-60,000 salary plus census and survey bonuses
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
