The available position's duties will consist of getting the office and production up and running; You will be pulling permits, dispatching subs, answering customers calls and booking appointments, providing customer service, keeping track of our technicians and sub-contractors, dispatching jobs according to its Geography and type of service, completing general administrative duties such as chatting with customer, texting, filing, copying, writing letters, replying to e-mails and sending estimates/proposals to potential customers.

requirements:

No previous experience required just the availity to problem solve on your own.

You need to know/learn the process of pulling permits and calling for inspections.

Able to manage and operate sub-contractors.

Basic experience with quickbooks.

  • Flexible schedule and able to work some weekends and after hours
  • Available to answer phone after working hours
  • Proficient skills operating a computer
  • Data entry skills
  • Familiar with South Florida.
  • Work well under pressure
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish is a plus but not mandatory
  • Dependable, responsible, punctual, and committed
  • Able to answer multiple calls at once

Pay: $500.00 - $700.00 per week
