Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for all incoming requests for quotes (RFQ's).
  • Data entry for opportunities in CRM (Field Servio).
  • Identify contract language or requirements that are unusual or outside the industry standard.
  • Identify and locate missing information on specs and drawings.
  • Answer inbound calls.
  • Assist Sales Representatives as needed.
  • Maintain Sales Quota data in Excel reports.
  • Process and prepare contract renewals and residential planned maintenance contracts
  • Monitor the status of planned maintenances for the service sales team.
  • Serve as support to the receptionist position.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong data entry experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation
  • Ability to work as a team member on project
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask

Education/Experience:

  • 4 years of contract or customer service experience.
  • Construction industry experience a plus.

Education

  • High school diploma
  • College is a plus
