Wanted: Full time (32-36 hours per week), on-site Clinical Assistant

We offer general Naturopathic health care with an emphasis on specialty care and hormone balancing. This position affords a bright and enthusiastic individual the opportunity to utilize his or her professional skills to the fullest extent and contribute to our growth and expansion. The chosen candidates will enhance their professional and customer service skills while obtaining extensive knowledge in Naturopathic medicine, hormone balancing and more.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with physicians, support staff and management team to provide:

• Routine administrative responsibilities to support office functionality
• Actions that assist in maintaining efficient patient flow such as obtaining vitals and room turn over
• Patient communication, act as patient liaison
• Referral coordination
• Other clinical duties as assigned

Skills and Expectations:

• Minimum 1-3 years previous professional experience in a medical setting (preferred)
• Creative thinking with positive solution-driven attitude
• Efficient communication practices
• Highly responsible with ability to work well independently and with a team
• Willingness to learn and grow personally and professionally
